I have 3 War Walkers, and 15 points left over in my list. Holo-fields could fill that gap nicely.

My question is, for a squadron can I upgrade just one vehicle to have Holo-fields, or are all 3 required to do so?

Ghostwalk Matrix specifies that all models must be upgraded or none at all. Holo-fields does not have such a description.

Looking at the BRB I can't find a reference requiring uniform upgrades, but I am not confident in this.

If there is such a requirement, I would greatly appreciate a reference.

The footnote 3 on Ghostwalk is a good contrast to the lack of such a requirement on Holo Fields.
Holos are on a per-model basis, rather than per-unit.

I assume it'd be fine to put it on just one, although I'd recommend some way of making one of them discernible from the other two (so that you can say this one has it, this is how you know), to prevent any misunderstandings.

The reason ghost walk matrix has to be purchased on every member, is because otherwise you could take it on one and the whole unit would benefit.
