Idea of the list is to swamp the opponent with multiple combat threats of high T or av.
Comms relay helps arrival of reserves.

Renegades
Mutant overlord with cov of tzeentch (in bunker)
4 disciples with autocannon and grenade launcher (objective sitting)

10 mutants with lasguns (objective sitting)

10 mutants with lasguns (objective sitting)

3 spawn

3 spawn

3 spawn

3 spawn

3 laser destroyers
Militia training

3 laser destroyers
Militia training

6 lascannon teams (in bunker)
Militia training

3 Giant spawn

Bunker with ammo dump, comms relay and quad gun

CSM
Kharn (in dreadclaw)

5 CSM with bps & ccw, flamer (in dread claw)

10 cultists (objective sitting)

Dreadclaw

Helltalon with hellcannons

2 Blood slaughterers (DS)

2 Blood slaughterers (DS)

Sicaran

Hellbute formation
Mayhem pack
3 hellbrutes with mms (DS)

2500pts

Bloodslaughterers have an average of 8 st10 I4 atracks each on the charge. Them and kharn will be good anti-knight. The bunker puts out 6 bs2 rerolling 1's lascannon shots against flyers and 4 (mostlikely bs 5) twinlinked st7 shots, the hellblade puts out 6 st7 tl rending shots and has a rule that bemefits it against another flyer or FMC. Sicaran, bunker and 6 rapiers for decent fire support.

What do you think?

Nice list. Only problem I see is bunker can't have a comms relay and a quad gun. Would try and fill the dreadclaw to reduce odds of kharn getting eaten.

How about... -quad gun, -granade launcher, -autocannon. +5 CSMs for pod.

If you're focusing on trying to do what your title mentions you will be lacking in some competitive environments, just a heads up. However I do feel that there are a few good ways to pull this off. I would change your overlord to Heretek Magus, Master of the Horde or Bloody Handed Reaver. They will provide your army with more options that you will find more useful I believe. While mutants are cheap they are also very bad for causing a -1 to leadership to all units. If you want something for objective camping I suggest the Magus for the 6+ FnP or Master of the Horde as if a unit of 15 or more is destroyed it goes into reserves on a 5+. The spawn are great and I would keep the three you're allowed to have without going Mutant Overlord. Your Heavy Support section looks very similar to mine save that I replaced one unit of laser destroyers with Wyverns, two squads of Laser Destroyers might prove to be over kill but YMMV. The Giant Spawns are not something I find that appealing but if you keep your mutant overlord and they work for you then by all means go for it. However bear in mind they are slow, T6, 4+ save and no grenades so they will be fairly easy to take out and assaulting into cover is incredibly dangerous.

As far as your CSM section you might want more bodies around Kharn. If you do stick with the Mutant Overlord I would stick Kharn in a unit of 50 that have the MoK with an Enforcer. This will make people very worried and attract a lot of attention. Removing the Dreadclaw will free up more points as well. I have never seen Blood Slaughters in play but on paper they seem ok. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm trying to theme my renegades lists around a mutant overlord so I'm not discounting that part of your advice as it would be pretty sound in this list but it would take from my renegades theme. I should have mentioned that sorry.
Yeh I haven't used giant spawn yet and their lack of speed does seem their biggest weakness. Im just hoping their seriously cheap points cost and shedload of st6 ap2 attacks will off set that. T6 4W 4+ doesn't seem too shabby for 80pts. I've won a skaven hell pit abomination on ebay so I'll get to try one out soon.
I've been impressed with the dreadclaw so far (with Abbadon inside), it is really good for its points. Kharn may do very well in a mass mutant unit as you suggest though - especially since his betrayer attacks will only be killing 3pt models. Cov of khorne will really help him too! Hitting on a 2+ and rerolling wounds sounds gravy!
I'm not too fussed about the chance of mutants getting the -1ld to others mutation in my lists as most of my units are fearless, are vehicles or are in bunkers/transports.
