Hello,
I never played a game in V7 and never as Dark Eldars yet...
As they apparently are very difficult to handle i would appreciate some help from more experienced players to build a balanced, semi-competitive force

I will mainly be facing imperial guards and space marines

HQ
Succubus (1) 95pts
Archite Glaive.

Haemonculus (1) 120pts
Liquifier gun, Portal.

TROOPS
Wyches (9+1) 185pts
hekatrix with power weapon, pair of hydra-gauntlets.
Raider.

Wyches (5+1) 130pts
hekatrix with power weapon, pair of hydra-gauntlets.
Venom.

Kabalite Warriors (10+1) 180pts
Sybarite
Raider splinter ranks, shadow shields.

ELITES
Wracks (10) 155pts
Acothyst with liquefier gun, 2 liquefier guns.

FATTACK
Reavers (6) 151pts
Arena champion with power weapon, 2 cluster caltrops.

Scourges (5) 110pts
3 heat lances

HSUPPORT
Talos (1) 125pts
twin-linked heat lance.

The Succubus goes with the Wyches. They engage the ennemy in close combat, so does the smaller wych squad, but they focus on small squads.
The Warriors stay in their transport, racing from cover, shooting and retreating back to safety.
Reavers skirmish back and forth.
Talos goes tank killing and absorbs ennemy fire.
Scourges finish of tanks at close range.
Wracks and Haemonculus deep strick in mid-game near an ennemy hold objectif and liquify as many as possible to minimise counter fire, than charge and hold the objectif.

So what do you think ?
The terrain will mainly be my game table that is a Cormoragh city edge, so lots of covers to hide

I think it's a very flavorful, dark eldar-y list but lacks some competitive components. I will give some suggestions without trying to completely change your list.

First of all, you need more AT. Heat lances won't cut it, their range is too short. I would find ways to add dark lances such as a ravager replacing your talos. The talos is too slow to distract your opponent at all when the rest of your army is already on their side of the board.

Wyches aren't very good anymore so I would turn the small squad into a warrior squad with a blaster. You save pts and could add a fourth special weapon to the scourges.

If you want to use wracks you may want to check out the scapel squadron formation, that is a very effective way to use them.

You could drop the smaller Wych squad in the Venom and use Warriors they will be more effective in it for drive bys. For the Haemonculus consider putting him with Grotesques instead of Wracks if you deep strike that in turn 3 with a WWP it will cause some carnage. agree with replacing the Talos with a Ravager or something. Scourges are probably better off with Haywire blasters for what you want them to do. Haywire grenades for Succubus and Hekatrix are cheap and worth having if you can find the points to fit in there.

First of all thanks for the feed back !
So, if I take out and remplace it with what you have suggested we would be left with this right ?
So what should I add now ? (no, please, no grotesques, these models look so ugly !)

HQ
Succubus (1) 100pts
Archite Glaive, haywire grenades.

TROOPS
Wyches (9+1) 185pts
hekatrix with power weapon, and haywire grenades, pair of hydra-gauntlets.
Raider.

Kabalite Warriors (10+1) 180pts
Sybarite
Raider splinter ranks, shadow shields.

FATTACK
Reavers (6) 131pts
Arena champion, 2 cluster caltrops.

Scourges (5) 130pts
4 Haywire blasters.

Venom 65pts
2 splinter cannons

HSUPPORT
Ravager 125pts
3 Dark Lances.

I think a couple of your points are off.

I'd also drop one Wych and one Warrior, or else they won't fit in the Raiders!

Grotesques are lovely. I should take you to the Coven's sometime..

It's up to you to tell me what I should add with the points left, as i really only put 'flavourfull' stuff in, not hard hitting one

Well, in fact (9+1) means that there is a squad of nine, +1 transport, so nine wyches in a raider and ten warriors in a raider.

Yes, 1 Grotesque is cool, 2 are limit, but 3 times the SAME model is too much for me, sorry
