Does anyone have or know where I can get the huge errata/faq that GW put out with a ton of Q&A's about the rules? Some where in there said that if you only have zooming or swooping models and no ground troops is a automatic loss. I'm having a hard time finding it, I though I had it on my laptop.... :/

You don't have to be happy when you lose, just don't make winning the condition of your happiness.

The Q&A is not in that list. I'm looking for the giant Q&A put out when 7th first came out.

No they didn't. Only having zooming or swooping models and no ground troops to be an automatic loss has never been an actual rule. What ever you are thinking of is not made by GW. Perhaps you are getting confused with some tournament's own FAQ.
