A second outing for the new urban base board, this time using Fall of the Reich. Cyril again took the Allies, and this time crushed the 1945 Germans!

Those that know our Cyril, will know his dice rolling is poor... one win is good but two massacres in two days for him is unheard of! Thankfully he played Garry, who had worse luck than me, while Cyril just seemed to roll six after six... so many in fact that after the first turn Garry had managed to drawn 15 points on four chits! With a BR of 25, it only got worse... The Panzerscreck bounced off the Jumbo, MGs and Assault Rifles couldnt hit, the Tiger turned up and failed to spot... it was just a typical day in April 1945!

By turn 5 it was all over with German morale broken and the US hardly breaking a sweat... but all enjoyed it and the new table got a thumbs up!

Absolutely spectacular terrain, Big P. Maybe it's a stupid question, but is all of that glued down or do you sprinkle rubble etc onto your terrain pieces?

Lovely figures too. Less keen on the vehicles, which look rather plain.

Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire, and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

How do you keep all the figures standing where you want them in all that rubble!

The rubble is cat litter.

Just curious, Do you mark what orders units are given with tokens or anything?

Nope... we just use markers for pins and ambush.
