If you want some perfect Necromunda Orlock female models, check out "Female Miner Gang with Mixed weapons" from shapeways (http://www.shapeways.com/product/92UL6P8XM/female-miner-gang-with-mixed-weapons) modelled by notnorm.

They have perfect scale (bulky heroic 28mm identical to GW) and comes with mostly relevant weaponry. I made two conversions, adding a boltgun and a autopistol. These models are fragile to convert and shatters easily so it's safer to use dremel than knife.

Unfortunately northorn has a very limited selection of models for sale. Seems like there used to be more but they may have been removed. Anyone know what happened? Or if there will be more models? There are also some Delaque female models for sale, but not much else.

Nice find, and great paint job too. They would help cut down on the sausage fest that is the 41st millennium .

The price hurts my wallet though.

Yes because GW has ignored women or concentrated them into separate armies or gangs, the alternative miniature stores have exploded with them. Sometimes it can be downright difficult to find male models.

Nice figs and paintjob. Looks like the sculptor went for a look halfway between Orlock and Escher. Probably a wise choice. The jackets and headbands are the only thing that is definitely Orlock. The shoulder pads, big boots and loincloth/tabards are Escher details too.

Regarding price, they may not be cheap, but they're less than $6 each, and that's not bad compared to GW and on par with Reaper. As for "what happenened" to the guy's selection, he says right in the sidebar that he's taken alot of items down to improve their quality. This doesn't surprise me since reviews of some of his early female delaque were mixed.
