Hi. I am about to start painting on my first minis and I figured I would catch up on some of my Audio Books while doing so. I have the first 6 Horus Heresy Audio Books and was wondering which one to listen to. I like action over political crap and thats what I would like to hear about is some of the battles. Which of the 6 should I start listening to for this?

They all have battles in and if you want to get the whole Heresy thing, I would recommend you listen to them in their correct order. If it's not battles there is some interesting stuff going on and you should get the feel for the characters. If you don't get the characters, you won't get the full impact of what the heresy has on them.

I'm not sure the Horus Heresy series is the right series for bolter porn. That said, the very first scene in the first book is action packed so you might as well start there!
