First: HIGHLANDER:
So Im not sure I understand exactly how highlanders work. Is it one selection per unit? How does that normally affect formations like the green tide or adamantium lance. They are not allowed at Highlanders?

Second: ITC FORMAT:
Why is it that only one formation is generally allowed? Are there some super powerful combos out there? For me, it keeps me from fielding something like Bully Boyz + Blitz Brigade + a CAD, which would be battle forged. Does Decurion break that format since its able to field several mini formations.
