A question for my fellow Ork players out here,

after reading the Ork codex I came upon the following;
- warbiker, base attacks 2
- wargear; slugga, choppa, warbike

My question is this, do the slugga & choppa grant 1 extra attack for being 2 CC weapons, so they have 3 base attacks?

I'm not one of your fellow Ork players, but yes, the Slugga and Choppa combination will grant an additional attack in close combat for two close combat/melee weapons

Slight correction. They do not get 3 base attacks. They get 2 base attacks and 1 bonus attack for two weapons.
