I... actually don't know. Help?

Is there any way to make sure normal cereal box cardboard doesn't warp when glued or sprayed? I'm thinking about makign various terrain pieces out of cardboard, but I know that it'll just warp. Is there any way to prevent this?

You can, but its really not worth the effort, way easier to just buy thick cardstock or foamcore (which both can warp).

Just keep water / moisture on it to a minimum, keep it flat and make sure its all glue sealed to the edges on the binding surfaces

You could make a ply of it, surely?

Get like 4 layers and woodglue in between them - dry them flat in between some phonebooks?

Alternatively, use plasticard instead

There are several ways to minimize warping but almost impossible to make it go away all together...

Didn't you post a thread like this e few weeks ago?

Anyways, the two main suggestions is as said to keep moisture at a minimum. I use and airbrush and very light applications makes the paint almost hit the model dry with less warping.

The other is to paint both sides at the same time when priming to make the warping counteract each other.
