Another nooby question!

I only get either my invuln or armor correct? Then on top of that I get FNP?

Please correct me if I am wrong. Im trying to knock off these simple rule questions off my list =).

Yes, you get armor, or cover, or invuln, whichever is best, then FNP whenever applicable

Bedouin Dynasty: 10000 pts
The Silver Lances: 4000 pts
The Custodes Winter Watch 4000 pts

Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum.

You may also get other non-saves on top of a FNP like Aun'Va's Paradox of Duality which grants another way to discount a wound. RP is also similar, but cannot be taken with FNP.

Silliest thing I can come up with is Farsight Enclaves CAD + Tau Empire CAD, attaching The Eight and Shadowsun to Aun'Va so you have a 2+ cover/3+ armor/4+ invulnerable, 5+ FNP, (AP)+ Paradox.
