I... actually don't know. Help?

Say i want to convert me some Meganobz. I've been thinking about a) Buying a normal Tactical Squad, adding Ork arms and 'eads, and b) buying a box of Terminators, and... well... add heads. Does anyone know how these 3 look beside eachother? How tall is a Meganob compared to a Terminator/Marine?

They would look much skinnier than the official Meganob models. Which isn't to say that it can't be done - depending on your aesthetic preferences - but personally I would do a lot of bulking up of the model before I would be happy.

This photo, which I found on google, shows you can do a respectable job (they're supposed to be deathskulls that have looted the armour), but looking at the right hand nob, it also shows to me how the terminator body is out of scale with the nob head:

An ork has more gorilla-like limbs and posture compared to a human (even a marine), so:

a) an ork in marine tactical armour looks weird, like a ork painboy experiment gone wrong, which is usually a bad thing unless that's what you're trying to represent

b) an ork in termy armour looks more believable due to the bulkier limbs, even though the pose is still too upright, but termy armour is easier to bulk up (as per tgjensen's example above) to look more like it's been captured and 'improved' by mekboys and their grot assistants to create something counting as mega armour.

Perhaps this will help?

Yeah, you can use Terminators, but you will want to bulk them up. I'm still in awe of these TermiMANZ:
