Here's my idea for Peak Performance. I figure the Borg ships will be difficult to take down and if they are they only use one shield. Sphere 4270 can help target a ship and a Fed Fighter Squadron. My strategy with Fed Fighters will be to take them down to one tile and ignore them. The orthogonal movement should allow the Borg to sidestep Cloaked Mines and Tholian webs without difficulty.
