I actually just noticed that in addition to having a corvus hammer, all ravenwing bikers also have a bolt pistol as part of their wargear. Does this qualify then as having two CCWs, even though the model can only feasibly use one of those weapons at a time since he's driving a bike? It just seems kind of stupid and I feel I'll get people complaining if I say they get 3 attacks, so figured I'd ask here first and see if anyone agrees/disagrees before I say it in a game.

As long as the Corvus Hammer isn't a specialist weapon it works fine - 3 attacks. 2 base, 1 for 2 CCWs.

They drive with their knees. And they're not driving while in CC anyway.

I believe it was fourth edition that disallowed bikers from gaining the +1 Attack for using two weapons. That rule is long gone. Barring any other rules, bikers gain the same +1 Attack for two weapons as any Infantry model would.

Worth noting that the normal Ravenwing Attack squads do NOT have two CC weapons, including their sergeant.
