Hey Dakka,

Playing the old Theoryhammer again and wanted to see if anyone thought this to be a competative list. It focuses on speed and 100% OS goodness.

What could I do to make it better? I really like the Angels Fury Spearhead so want to keep that in there. I am not convinced the load out on the scout squads is the best.
