I would like to add a Tranny C'Tan to my Necrons but will not be cutting off any limbs to purchase the tesseract vault.

Any good conversions out there?

I have a love /hate relationship with anything green.

I can't find pics at the moment, but I've seen some pretty cool ones done from action figures of a similar size to the actual model. Obviously, you'll need to GS over any gaps and probably do A LOT of sculpting, but a cheap toy is a good base to work from.

I've seen two conversions from a Dr. Manhattan Action figure. That is a $20 action figure! Better than the Vault but still.

That figure is awesome, but he is about the same height as a Imperial Knight Titan.

This one is in the Watchman Anniversary box, and he's the same scale as the Nightbringer and Deciever.

I own both, and I'll see if I can dig them out and take a comparison shot next to Deciever for you. Might have to wait until Saturday.

Just realised I had a picture of the larger model in my gallery

and I dug through dakka to find the thread that inspired me to use him him in the first place.

Yeah he's amazing but that is some major modeling for DISadvantage there. I mean the unit at 250 points isn't even all that good! if you use that action figure he'll be easy to target from anywhere on the battlefield.

This one is the same size as Deceiver, if he was walking on the ground, and not floating.
