Castle Perilous Books and Games will be hosting a Rogue Trader style Tournament.

This will be a 1750 point tournament. All armies must be Battleforged and WYSIWYG. The scenarios to be used will be announced one week before the event on the stores website.


* All prizes are awarded in store credit redeemable for GW models and books.
** You must have all of your models painted in at least three colors to be eligible to win best paint.

You know.... whenever someone types Rouge Trader instead of Rogue Trader I get this picture of Frank N Furter strutting down the ramp of his spaceship on the way to a cosmetics swap-meet.

Here are the Rogue Trader scenarios.

1: Forward march.
One point for each of your units fully on your opponents half of the board. Two points if they are fully inside his deployment zone. you lose one point for each unit still in your deployment zone.
Special rules: night fighting for the first turn,
Deployment: hammer and anvil.

2: Relic hunter
one point for each of the tokens roll a die at the end of turn six (re-role six) the token with the number rolled is worth three points.
special rules: None
Deployment: Vanguard Strike

3: Manifest Destinies
One point for each table quarter completely held by your army. To hold a table quarter you must have at least one more unit completely in the table quarter than you appoint. Units that are in more than one quarter neither hold nor deny and of the table quarters they are on.
Special Rules: slay the warlord, first blood, night fighting.
Deployment: Dawn of War.
