#1 - If a primaris psyker is attached to a unit of devastators, can you order the unit to Bring it Down? Will the devastators gain tank hunter special rule?

#2 - If a space marine librarian is joined to a 50-man infantry platoon. When rolling the Leadership test for Voice of Command would you use the Librarian's leadership of 10 since it is now highest in the unit? Or do you roll using a sergeant's leadership?

Are there other shenanigans such as this when allying battle brothers with astra militarum?

#1 - you must nominate an AM unit. When attached, an IC is treated as a member of that unit. So you would have a Devastator unit.

#2 - not sure as I don't have the book on me. I know that at one point GW ruled that you ignore non-AM models for the purposes of Leadership tests for orders.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

That was in the FAQ of a 6th edition errata for the now-defunct Codex: Imperial Guard. The document is no longer available officially and is quite difficult to get hold of.
Codex: AM didn't include any such restriction on allied leadership. This could be because GW forgot all about the issue (entirely possible for GW!), or it could have been a deliberate choice. EDIT: Orders require the unit to pass a leadership test (Codex: AM). Use the highest LD value in the unit when taking LD tests (BRB).
