Does Cypher benefit from FC in any way? Does he get s8 ap2 attacks?
If he doesn't, can he forego his pistol-based attacks to strike with s5?
Can he forego only the bolt pistol part?

No. The IC rules specifically forbid ICs from joining units locked in combat.

1) Cypher does not have furious charge. Furious charge does not benefit the whole unit so just joining a unit where another model has this rule won't matter and for this question to even come up you have to grant furious charge to Cypher some how.

2)No. If Cypher where to gain the Furios charge special rule it would do nothing for him. When dealing with multiple rules that affect a characteristic you always apply any changes that set it to a specific number last. In this case Cypher's close combat attacks would start at Str 4, furious charge would add +1 making them Str 5, then Blazing weapons would set them to either Str 4 or Str 7.

3)Blazing weapons is not optional, and not a property of either of his pistols. There is no way to choose not to apply it.

He can get FC from icon of wraith.

So, he doesn't benefit from it if i get it right? Is it the same case with Tankbusta nobz with tankhammers striking at s8 regardless of FC?

See point 2 in my post. The BRB is very clear when it comes to multiple modifiers to characteristic score.

Anywayz, s8 ap2 at ini would be too good. At least he'll still help marines to get FC more often due to H&R.
