Hello there!

Recently we had the opportunity to add some colour to the Harlequin force emerging from the Webway! These are really beautiful, dynamic models and were a pleasure to paint. We’ve tried some patterns on them – how do you like those chessboards on the vehicles and nets on the infantry? Also, what do you think about shadowy colour scheme?

Fantastic stuff from you guys as ever!

Definitely a huge fan of this scheme. I particularly enjoy the checkerboard pattern on the vehicles!

The faded check patterns on the vehicles are delicious.

Uniformity somehow defies the whole essence of harlequins, but apart from that it is a very impressive airbrush job!

I really like the colour scheme with the chequered effect. How did you accomplish the chequered effect?

It's just airbrushed with a before-cut template.

Clean, crisp paint job, it's a great paint job!

That being said, I don't know that it matches the personality of the Harlequins, it seems too uniform and not "bright" enough.

It's a template found on ebay listing.

Regarding the painting scheme - it was chosen by the customer, so we had to follow the suggested paintjob style.
