Question on the Harlequins FOC, you need 3 Troops and 2 fast attack and 1 heavy to get the Rising Crescendo abliity, gives fleet and can run and charge in the same turn. Sorry they got a lot of formations and i am getting a bit confused.

There's 3 ways to get Rising Crescendo;

1. Masque Detachment. This requires 3 Troops, 2 Fast Attack, and 1 Heavy Support.
2. Formation Detachment (Cegorach's Jest). This requires a unit of Troupes, a unit of Skyweavers, and a unit of Voidweavers.
3. Formation Detachment (Cegorach's Revenge). Requires whole bunch of stuff... (no reason to get into it).

The point is, it's a detachment special rule. You either take one of the two formations in order to give units in that formation Rising Crescendo, or take a Masque Detachment to give units in that detachment Rising Crescendo. Simply taking the prerequisites for a Masque Detachment is not enough - they actually have to be in that detachment to get the bonus.

For example, if you took a Masque Detachment, then added in a Solitaire, Shadowseer, and Death Jester as a Heroes Path Formation, the Solitaire, Shadowseer, and Death Jester would not have Rising Crescendo, as they were purchased as a Heroes Path Formation, and not part of the Masque Detachment (even though there's room in the detachment for each of them to fit into it).
