Do they use them?

They have all the ingredients (unlike dark eldar), bone singers, spirit stones, etc.
I know the knights have spirit stones in them to take on personalities.
Do they use their smaller brethren, wraith guard and wraith lord like constructs?

Thanks!

I don't think exodites do use spirit stones do they? They have like a world spirit type thing that catches their souls of they die. I might be wrong.

Yes they do. They are placed on the world spirit when they die.

The World Spirit is just a fancy name for their Infinity Circuits, last time I checked.

However, Exodites in general tend to be far more conservative than the Craftworld Eldar. Wraith constructs are already seen as dangerously close to necromancy by the latter, so the former would most likely disapprove greatly of resurrecting their dead to fight again.

The thing about 40k is that no one person can grasp the fullness of it.

But it's ok to do it in knights suits?

I don't think the ancient Spirit Stone in a Exodite Knight suit contains a soul within it that powers the Knight, but serves to "trap" the soul of the pilot so he doesn't get OM-NOMMED by Slaanesh as usual.

Though anything dealing with Exodite Knights is pretty much OLD fluff, and of dubious canon status.
