As title suggests really

What are the best ways to counter Centurion Star? This would be at 1250 points tournament, so practically the entire army is contained in that one unit (taking Red Scorpions for Loth and GK for Draigo).

My two armies to choose from would be either, if not exact something similar:

Necrons

Tyranids

My plan for either list would be to play to the mission regardless (which I know is going to be Relic and Emperor's Will combined), but what would be the best way to go about dealing with it?

Not as if I can list tailor (and I don't really want to) but I will be playing other armies in this tournament

Bring a Culexus assassin to negate the psychic buffs and shoot the crap out of it. Maintain board control the whole time, since his army model counts will be pretty low.

He can still send a dreadknight at your assasin and stomp it out of existence
