In the Harle condex it states hidden within a room in the deepest part of the Webaway is a scroll containing Ceogarachs scribblings. Basically its written very cryptically but states that it is a set of instructions to defeat Slaanesh and essentially save the Eldar.
Bearing in mind other parts of the Eldar are trying to create Ynnead and Vect has some form of plan going on in Commaragh in relation to the Chaos Gate located there, what do you think the instructions could be?

I thought they also were looking for a way to summon ynnead, but it looks like I'm wrong if the craftworlds eldar are looking for a way to summon him.

Its clearly the universe best knock knock joke.

its sooo good that everyone in existence will laugh them selves to death and there by defeating chaos.

But really i have no clue.
Hopefully that WD leak will have something interesting to add.

Ok, I did some some research into this, and it is mentioned that they will somehow trick Slaneesh into using all of its strength into somehow saving the eldar. Is it possible for the eldar to regain their fertility from Slaneesh at all maybe? That would certainly be a great start to fixing the eldar. I mean, Slaneesh is the Prince of Excess, so why not an excessive amounts of eldar babies? I don't think that would expend all of Slaneesh's strength, so maybe they find a way to leech his strength into the birth of Ynnead, making him even stronger?

Despite this sounding like the terminus decree from the grey Knights, I would imaging that Ynnead is the end game. Just because the craft world eldar discovered the idea, doesn't mean Ceogarach didn't think of it first. Also anything craftworld eldar are going on is theory and conjecture at best. but if they understand how slanessh was born, it wouldn't be that big of a leap to figure out how to create a god o the dead. plus outside of the fluff, all of this is written by human minds so some degree of predictability is expected.

The Harlequin end game is to unite the Eldar back under one banner. This is already in motion, if you follow the threads.

The Harlequins keep close ties with many Exodite Worlds, to the point were they see the Craftworld Eldar as their protectors but the Harlequins as their friends.

The Dark Eldar respect the Harlequins, but still dislike them. On the other hand, it is clear that Lady Malys is the host of the Crystal Heart of Cegorarch (Trickster entity living inside the webway challenging people to riddle offs, who else is it to be?) and Malys is currently Vects biggest contender for Commarragh. If Malys is on the throne, she has dominion on the largest part of the living eldar in existance.

The craftworld eldar won't like to be manipulated, but it was a Harlequin that convinced Yriel to pick up the spear of twilight. It was the spear of twilight that saved Iyanden and put him in charge of the craftworlds military. And in Valedor we see that he had influence on other craftworlds as well. I think Yriel will eventually unite the Craftworld Eldar.

Harlequins pulling the strings on several major power players of the Eldar race seems to point to something big going down.

Keep in mind it's also the same Masque pulling all the strings we know of, all the novels, the path series(motley), Masque of Vyle, Valedor, and numerous things revealed in the codex are all done by The Masque of the Veiled Path, including bringing Vect to power. Where this all goes I have no idea, but Yriel, Malys, Vect, Motley, are all connected via Silyndrie(?) Veilwalker.

Personally I think the plan is to unite the Eldar as one under Malys, and Yriel. As Yriel's supposed father, Vect has both angered the Masque and perhaps isn't co operating the way they want.
