My friend and I are arranging a tournament soon with some other people and while my Necron list is sorted (or at least I'm comfortable bringing it), my friend is struggling to complete his CentStar list that he wants to bring.

This is what I am thinking of showing him next time I see him, but I don't know how to improve CentStar so this list could use work. He has limited models so might not be able to afford any suggestions made.

The idea was that Loth gets Invisibility, DA Librarian gets Perfect Timing (hopefully) and Librarian has 2/3 chance to get GoI and Sanctuary to increase invulnerable save to 3+ with Power Field Generator. Depending on the list, Loth can also get Biomancy powers and hitch a ride in the Pod, being a huge beatstick in your face turn one. Strike Squad as didn't have points for Termies, due to Sicaran.

Would a Relic Whirlwind Scorpius be better for this list? What other changes might you make?

I'll only really be able to help with the Grey Knight section of you friends army, because i dont know enough about the others!

I'd take off the Domnia Liber Daemoncia, ML4 is nice but he already has another Librarian on the board so he doesnt really need it. Replace the Domnia with the Cuirass of Sacrifice, he'll become alot more durable with a 2+ armour, 5+ invulnerable, 5+ FNP and regains a wound on 5+, for less than the cost of the Domnia.

The strike squad is fine as it is, he could stick an incinerator on them which provides for some nice template action
