I know there is a debate on Skulltaker's viability but I would still like peoples opinion on the question below.

Skulltaker, when taken in a Codex Demon list, is given the option to purchase a Juggernaut.
Skulltaker in a Codex Khorne Daemonkin list isn't specifically allowed to purchase a Juggernaut (and battlescribe won't allow me to purchase it).
Heralds of Khorne from either codex can purchase a Juggernaut.
Skulltaker is a Herald of Khorne.
