Considering the Farsight schism, do the Enclaves practice a caste system like their counterparts? If so, how does it function?

IIRC, the main idea behind the Farsight Enclaves is that the 4 castes (Air, Water, Fire and Earth) can work together for a better future (no idea if they still use the term Greater Good) without being manipulated by a 5t, so at.the core I think there aren't that many differences between the castes of the Tau Empire and Farsight Enclaves.

Only significant thing I can remember is that the ban on 'changing castes' is not there. The Earth Caste Pilot Array seems to indicate that for example Earth Caste warriors aren't something extremely uncommon.

It seems to me less changing castes and more doing things that one caste would do normally. The castes are genetically different, and better at their jobs than any other caste. There is a genetic difference between castes, and it is unclear whether it is like different breeds of dogs, or dogs vs wolves. A lack of manpower or experience may also influence changes, earth caste technicians better understand the advance technology than the fire caste, allowing them to pilot things like riptides with different results. But you aren't about to see earth caste soldiers except in the direst of circumstances.
