A single NDK is not going to cut it.
I'd include a second one.

hmm I don;'t have a second one, but I do have a knight Paladin, I could always chop the iron striders and the deamon hammer on the GKTs to slide a Knight Paladin into the list.

NDK are best in twos... Plus you don't have to cut everything to fit the knight paladin

Agreed NDK work best in at least pairs. Otherwise the GK contingent seems decent. Skitarii looks miles away from optimised.
First principles with the army is you are a shoot glass hammer. Much like DE but you give up mobility to gain massive damage output. Also the Doctrine Imperitives can further increase this damage output in the early game. If you haven't crippled your opponent by the end of turn 2 you're probably going to lose. So much like DE you want MSU and streamlined units that excel at one thing. Minimise loses by forcing your opponent to overkill small units, maximise damage output through dedicated kill teams.
Rangers in big units aren't great due to cost vs killing power. They have good range so taking 2 Arquebuses in 5 men can be worth it with an omnispex. But without special weapons the Omnispex is wasted points.
The Vanguard squads however do need Omnispex to maximise damage of their special weapons. Again smaller units is often best particularly with Arc weapons. However due to the cost of Plasma Caliver they need the extra body bags of 10 bodies. Again the naked full units don't do enough for their points.
With the Onagers you have to ask yourself are they as good as a Knight errant. 3 small blasts are a little better than 1 large, S10 is not as good as S9 melta. But with the Knight you gain a 4++ that lasts till the end AV13 D Weapon and stomps for just 10 points difference. Personally I would drop them for a Knight Errant.
As above split the Ironstriders into 3 units of 1.
