Gaming on a budget! That's the thing.

I love a good skirmish scale game, so this week's challenge has been putting together a Dwarf warband using one kit (okay, and a couple spare parts). So here we have my lads so far!

Thunderers, with Crossbows a little inspired by Bianca from Dragon Age 2:


Slayers, with some space wolf spares. I know they have armour, but hopefully the paint job will differentiate them suitably - I'm thinking blue face tattoos.

I am in the process of making my dwarf warband from the same kit. Nice seeing other people having the same idea.

It's a pretty great kit - plenty of versatility. I was intending to use the irondrake weapons as handguns until I realised that they just aren't worth the extra 10gc over a crossbow!

Which single kit was this that you used?
