I think CSM are going to be an interesting project, especially since this is an army I want to use Forge World in.

I realize Dreadclaws are kind of poor in comparison to their Loyalist cousin, but have you used them/seen them used to good effect before? Using them as Assault Vehicle delivery for Berserkers, or as an Alpha Strike box for something like Meltagun or Flamer Chosen could be quite entertaining.

Dreadclaw are solid but you can't think of them as chaos drop pods. they are too expensive to spam and don't have iinertial guidence so can't really alpha strike. But since they do show up turn 1 and are in zooming mode its easy to just deep strike in a safe spot and flat out to where you wanted to be, jink for a turn and then get out on turn 2.

They make good protection for assault oriented units like Chosen who also have access to Ranged weaponry. Drop in with some melta Chosen inside, Jinx for a turn, Disembark your next turn > shoot > Charge.

Its also amazing how great Fire Sweep is on the Dreadclaw Heat Blast rules as it allows you to fly over and inflict hits against enemies that are locked in combat due to the wording

It's an assault vehicle, that can remain relatively safe for a turn by deepstriking behind enemy ruins, tree lines and past fortifications, gain a good save, then disgorge it's payload and even HELP THEM AFTERWARDS. All for the low low price of 100 Points
