Hey guys, as most of you are well aware you can by a regular SM Libby for about $25. If you are looking to save a few bucks I have your $5 solution! I bought a DA vengeance libby off of ebay for $5.... cut its arms off.. and added some GK bits. Terminator arms and shoulder plates and a staff.

I also scrape off the DA symbol on the chest piece and mounted a skull (comes with GK terminators)

The legs don't seem off really because they are mostly hidden underneath the cape!

Going to mount it on a terminator base and do the basing next!

Not the best conversion, but hey! to save $20 and not have to use any greenstuff either it came out pretty sweet!

The back pack would be a dead give away. but i like the way you are thinking.

That DV lib is bananas for conversions

Ah good point about the back pack. It has terminator arms and shoulder plates.

Not sure what I should do to the backpack now lol.

I can switch the staff to a sword if need be.

Hmmm ya I should probably change that arm out... or cut that piece off .. good point ;p

A good option would be to only use the front of the DV Lib.

and cut and trim out the Head and hood.

Then transplant that into a spare terminator.

No spare terms laying around :( and I would butcher the head if I tried to cut it off lol.

If anything give him a Interceptor backpack and a terminator shoulder shield to mimic its ability to TP and have an invul save and just call it artificer armor

Yes it has the shoulder shield already! If I have an inceptor back piece left I will add it!

I don't codex yet... it should be arriving in about 4 days.

Do you know if the Libby can be equipped with a terminator bolter? If so I can take the arm off that has the Narthecium and switch it out for that one.

If not I will just carefully shave it off.

Ah awesome that's what I will do then. Just to be clear.. the storm bolter is the one that attached to the GK Terms, arm right?

And do you think I should keep the staff on or switch for a sword?

its the shooty gun bit that has two barrels (that you have to drill out)

I would keep the staff.

With a box of GK termies and a few spares, I made a librarian, a brother captain, a grand master, an inquisitor in termie armour, and an apothecary with the leftover guy (who in hindsight I should have turned into a second librarian). Potentially 5 characters for £28, and they look good. Bargain.
