Walkers: If a Walker is armed with two or more Melee weapons, it gains +1 bonus Attack for each additional weapon after the first. Unlike other models, this is not limited to a single bonus Attack, so a Walker with three Melee weapons would have 2 bonus Attacks.

Specialist wepons: A model fighting with this weapon does not receive +1 Attack for fighting with two weapons unless it is armed with two or more Melee weapons with the Specialist Weapon rule.

So, how does it stack up? For example, a helbrute with a power fist (specialist weapon) and a power flail is still 2 attacks cause it's not a pair of Specialist weapons or is he 3 attacks cause he has an additional weapon?

What about a defiler with 2 claws and a flail?

If they're Power Fists, then it would seem like the Specialist rule applies. If they're Dreadnaught Close Combat Weapons (which seems much more likely) that don't have the Specialist weapon rule, then they would still get the bonus attacks.

The special weapon rule overrides the walker rules.

iirc no dreadnought ccw are left in newer dexes at all. They're all replaced with fists that are specialists weapons or other stuff like this.
