It looks great! Their is a certain style that you have captured that looks kind of gritty, and I like it. Did you do the axe with an airbrush?

Thank you guys! glad the pics turned out as well as they did.

the axe is done with an airbrush, using a cutting technique to make the one straight line vs the soft gradient (ie use a piece of card to block the spray like some graffiti artists do) so that you have a couple gradients just on the blade's edge.

the center of the axe only has one gradient on it, so I just taped over the blade edges for that one.
