Found these bases. Super excited, but wondering if it's too good to be true.

I have bought the industrial ones for my Dark Eldar, but it was from ebay for quite cheap. The bases are great, I'm not sure about the source though.

I do need larger bases, but unfortunately their prices are too high. I need 25-30 60mm bases, and at $5 apiece that is just too expensive.

I ordered from Champ Industries about six years ago. They were a bit difficult to maintain email cotnact with, and the package got lost, but they sent another package to me just fine and I got exactly what I ordered/

That site, however, hasn't been changed in over six years. I'd email them first.

Regardless, they accept PayPal. You can always contest the change if things go awry.
