So I'll be facing Dark Angels with an allied detachment of blood angels. I know the Dark Angels will have tacsw/rhinos some knights, some ravenwing with a librarian and the blood angels will most likely have mephiston with 10 tacs in a storm raven. Missile pods are a great multi tool against marines, forcing saves on bikes, popping rhinos decently, and mass easy wounds on MEQ. If you know he's taking a flier make sure you put on VT on something whether it be a riptide or some broadsides with the aforementioned pods.

4 kroot squads 2 w/ kroot hounds outflanking to steal an objective
3 skyrays with sms
2 riptides with stimms

Any Tau list will probably do

BA/DA are arguably the worst lists in the game.
