I am working on a list for my skitarii, thinking something like:

10x Vanguard: 2x Arc Rifles, 1x Plasma Caliver, 1x Phosphur Burst Pistol, 1x Taser, Omnispex
10x Vanguard: 2x Arc Rifles, 1x Plasma Caliver, 1x Phosphur Burst Pistol, 1x Taser, Omnispex
5x Rangers: 2x Transuranic Arquebus, Omnispex
5x Rangers: 2x Transuranic Arquebus, Omnispex

3x Onager: 3x Neutron Laser
1x Onager: Icarus Array

10x Infiltrators: 9x Taser Goad, 10x Flechette, 1x Phase Taser, 1x conversion field

1x Knight Paladin

Looks good but i'd drop the phosphor pistols and the omnispex on the vanguard, that frees up enough points to give whichever vanguard squad that's your warlord's the pater radium, and enhanced data tethers on the vanguard as well.

I feel like it might be a mistake to max out all of those units. You might be better off running minimums, especially for the infiltrators.

also, with ruststalkers or infiltrators the mask can be a really useful piece of wargear.
