Yeah, lots or ways to go...1) lose Regen, add two Thorax hives, save 10. Put a Thorax on the Tervigon. Find 20 points, and you can Outflank the Tervigon, or any other Troop, (I like this one a Lot)
I like having twin Mawlocs, but I would trim one Dakkafex, and spend 150 on some thing else.
I don't really like Hive Guard, so I would lose all three, and put in x2 Zoey Brood, save 50 points
That gives you 200 to spend, and that is a Lot of points.
If you like Shooty, take a look at putting in a Living Artillery Node. It rawks, but you might not have the figures for it.
One way to spend some of those points: Lose one Mawloc, save 140, split the Dakkafexen into two Broods. Buy two Pods (150 points) 190 left, get Hive Commander, 170 left. Buy a Exocrene, or get Comm array for Aegis, and buy some Warriors with a Cannon. Etc..

But you can streamline more if you wish...all sorts of ways to go. You might want to expirement with the Gargoyles to see if you like running two small Broods, or one big one. At 1850 it is usually a good idea to put a Formation in, so you should consider that as an option as well.
