This last week new unit releases for CROM: Conan Rise of Monsters the upcoming pre-painted table top miniature wargame that captures the majesty of Conan's Hyborean Age, were released over at Pulposaurus Entertainment's facebook page - www.facebook.com/conanminiatures.

The first tease was for the Gunderland Pikemen! Here is their unit information tease.


And the Circle of Iron starter box set artwork started to get filled in!


Next up are the Bossonian Archers! Again their unit card gives a hint about their roll in Conan's army.

You had me interested till "pre-painted." That is a statement that rarely bodes well.

I love the idea of an official Conan minis skirmish / wargame.

That said, you guys are marketing to miniatures enthusiasts as much as you to anyone else.

Show them the actual miniatures.

Pre-painted minis looking anything even remotely close to these concept art images are going to require blood-magic of the highest order.

Will be interesting to see how the previous Conan Kickstarter affects this. Well it be good, or will people figure they already have too much money invested in Conan miniatures?

I'm still interested - as the look and feel of the hyborian setting is awesome.

But I'll echo others in that concept art is cool, but we need to see some miniatures.

I'll also note that if there no sculpts yet you would do well to try to raise money specifically to get some of the sculptors who worked at the recent Conan board game, as the consistency would probably pique a lot of interests.

I understand that you are trying to pique interest for your upcoming Kickstarter, but teasing infographics seems incredibly desperate for attention. I mean, you must be a year away from the KS (so like 3 years away from delivery) if the best you can reveal is one artwork snippet a week. I'm mildly interested, but the "Look! No news!" updates are becoming annoying.

Other then the Prepaint shenanigans, does the game interlock with the other KS? Those figures were pretty sweet, and if the detail can come to that par, I might even overlook the Prepaints.
