Was looking at building up my Tyranid army and I was wondering if the new Promethium Pipeline would be awesome for a full unit of Pyrovores. Imagining the torrent on their flamespurt would be pretty cool. Also they have enough wounds to not really care about the danger. Thoughts?
Pyrovores are still pretty squishy as it is, I can see where you're getting at with this tactic but I don't think it'll raise 'Vores to any decent level, perhaps semi-competitive at the most but don't expect too much from them.
Isn't Prometheum pipes only work with flamer weapons, as described in the BRB? So not template weapons, but flamer, heavy flamer, hand flamer, and whatever the 4th/5th(?) may be.
