So my friend and i have been planning on doing a narrative campaign centered around the above factions. Aside from the basic purge the alien and greater good ideas I've got nothing. Obviously those will play a roll in the campaign but i would like something a bit more entertaining.

Anybody got something?

the world of *insert name here* has recently embraced the greater good. the Imperial military cannot yet retake the world, due to other commitments etc. However the world has a holy Relic and thus the ecclisiarchy has sent the SoBs to retake the artifact.

try playing at varying points level

planet fall mission e.g all sisters have to enter the first game via deepstrike to show they are arriving on the planet

try some kill team missions or infantry only games
could flip it and do tank battle

bonuses for wins e.g extra points next turn or can re-roll one dice roll of their choice per game etc

there arelots of ways to make a campaign interesting

I was thinking when I read your question about some shrine world they were trying to recapture. This earlier response you got is even better.

Mission wise, I've always found Eternal War missions to be decent starting points for fluff. Big Maelstrom games get thrown in for the heavy conflicts.

Are you asking help for a narrative setting and storie line or are you asking help for mission selection and objectives? For the first one I can help without problem for the other, I alwys have some trouble select good ones so I end up making my own special mission.
