The idea behind this is to have a little bit of backfield support while using Ravenguard IC attached to Imperial Guard forces to outlank them up the board. Heavy ObSec spam + Librarians rolling for invisibility to give the squads they join more punch.

It has 7 HQs, 2 Troop types with Dedicated Transports, 5 Elite units, 5 Fast Attack units, 6 Heavy Support units, 2 Formations with unique units not in the rest of the codex, and 2 LOW choices.

I'd get rid of maces and melta bombs as they allready get ap1 power fists.

If you want a lord comissar, consider taking Yarik instead of two of them. He has senior orders - remember, tank/monster hunter and ignore cover are senior oficers orders, power klaw, 3 attacks, eternal warrior and 4++ with a chance to come back on a 3+ if he gets killed. Anywayz, taking 2 lord comissars is excessive - they don't bring too much.

Take priests (mandatory) and primaris psychers with force axes. Something like a 4++ or levitate is golden for platoon.

Edited to include Commisar Yarrick and removed the melta bombs + power maul from techmarines.

Used extra points to add 4 vox casters, 2 flamers, and 2 meltas

Never mind. I need to put a little more work into it to get those priests and the primaris psykers. Don't forget that I have librarians though!
