I recently got two boxes of Devastators and I was wondering what to run them. My Chapter Tactics are Mantis Warriors (so Hammer of Wrath, MtC and Furious Charge). I am considering playing Imperial Fists too (where they really shine), but which loadout would be best for Mantis Warriors? I was thinking 2x Las and 2x Plasma Cannon in each unit? Or better to go 4x heavy in one unit? Help appreciated

I think its best to go x4 in your squad of devastators. That way you can pick your target for the turn and have the maximum impact.
Lascannons for anti-tank. (Incredible in IF tactics)
Plasma Cannons for MC and MEQ control.
The list goes on.

Also, I run an if list, and 4 Heavy bolters with bolter drill can put in a lot of work against enemy infantry.

Try to magnetize if possible, but yes 4 lascannons work best for antitank.
