The older sculpt of Thranduil, King of Mirkwood - the version released before the Hobbit movies were made - is now listed as SOLD OUT on the GW webstore in the US.

Glad I picked him up when I did.

Knew with the newer sculpt that this one was going to go OOP. Was not a fan on the new sculpt so figured I should snag him while he was there to be had.

Thranduil, King of Mirkwood is now back in stock on the US site?
I didn't just imagine it was "SOLD OUT," did I?

does this mean there's hope of models coming back?
or is gw just shuffling around there stock?

No, I saw it too. Not a great loss with the newer (and IMO better) Hobbit version still available but I suppose anything returning to stock is a plus.

I wonder if this offers any hope that the finecast Radagast might return? The last one I saw on ebay, still in the clampack, sold for over $200US.
