There are tourneys at Sunshine off of bird road and the Turnpike. I and a few other gamers are located down south and I know of a few in the Hollywood area. There is a facebook group for south florida 40k players too
There's an Escalation League going on at Hey Wanna Play in Plantation right now. Post or PM me your Facebook and I'll add you to the local groups. Pretty much everything 40k related goes on there.
Also, a great resource on Facebook is the "Paradox 40k" group. It is mainly focused around Sunshine Adventure Gaming, and I'm not sure what part of Miami it is in, but you can definitely meet a lot of Miami people there.
