I'm painting an AT-ST for imperial assault. Could nurgles rot and some typhus corrosion make some kind of swampy effect. Like making it look like the walker was walking through the swamp. I've never used nurgles so I don't exactly know what it would look like

For swamp youd be better off buying stirland mud, some water effect and maybe some grass tufts

I've used Nurgles rot for basing and it's come out quite well

A few things I will mention:
-It will take quite a lot to build up a layer so no really suitable for large bases
-it's quite opaque so no good if you want it more watery, though great if you want a slime look
-it's not too glossy so you might want to give it a gloss varnish after
-be careful to make sure it goes on smooth

Typhus corrosion isn't really the same, it's more like a brown wash with little particles in it which make the surface rough and feel corroded

Spoiler:

Did you know? Every sunday from 12 to 5 pm you can get a carvery for £6.95 at the pudding and pye.

Not to hijack your thread, but I've been seeing this game mentioned a few times (here and other boards/sites) and was curious about it. Are the miniatures unpainted or painted (like the X-wing game)? If they are unpainted I'm going to have to look into getting a set to paint up!

Rot is more like slime then swamp really. Maybe if you then it dowm? Corrosion has like a sandy texture, I am not sure if that's what you are looking for.
