Does anyone think this would be overpowered to play against?

I actually think it could do with a bit more "oomph!"
Having furious charge is nice, but not really useful if the unit gets charged.
Im dont play guard or its equivalents, but maybe give the unit the ability to follow more than one order in a turn? or always count as being under the effect of one of the less powerful orders (but still able to receive orders as normal).
Maybe move through cover or crusader USR.
Is it correctly understood that they dont have access to banners, commissars and vox casters?
I think the ossuary of the blessed dead would be just about mandatory.. giving +1 toughness for 100+ models for 25 points? (sadly the standard bearer cant look out sir!)
I wouldnt mind trying to play against them, especially on a gaming table with alot of trenches, barbwire, smoke and some ordnance batteries supporting them- very cinematic

How about in addition to the regular orders available to the officers, at the beginning of your turn you may select one of the following orders to come into affect immediately:
Strength in numbers!- The squad immediately assaults a unit of your choice (in range). For every 5 models you have in your squad (rounded down), enemy monstrous creatures/walkers get -1 WS and -1 I this assault.
Tell the men...- Your Death Watch Commander may make an additional order that automatically passes this turn.
.
Supressing fire!- The squad's weapons count as pinning. Any glancing/penetrating hits deliver a 'crew stunned' in addition to whatever you roll.
Devastate them!- The squad fires with such ferocity that the enemy squad must make a Ld check for casualties if even one model is killed this shooting phase.
Add in. May take up to 3 commisars- 30pts, 1 Krieg Guardsman or Krieg Veteran may take a Death March banner( for every 10 models in your unit you the banner adds an extra wound for calculating the results of an assault). -25pts.
May take up to 3 Vox Casters-5pts each
Better?
