I searched the forums and Google but couldn't find anything recent. I know the war store offers 20% but I can get that locally. Is there any site in the US offering over 20% off, preferably with free shipping over a certain $ amount?

eBay is probably your best bet honestly, the NIB listings are generally way cheaper.

I doubt there's a surplus of new eldar jetbikes on ebay considering GW and all the FLGS near me can't keep them in stock. I need 10 boxes and would prefer to just call 1 site, place my order and be done with it rather than hunt them down and pay shipping 1 by 1 on ebay.

Cheapest wraithguard NIB on ebay are at $36 with almost 3 days left. Cheapest new jetbikes NIB is $34 which is more than I would pay locally. Not seeing the savings here.
