Hi all,
I was trying to find a very fast and overpowered Eldar list as I am a competitive player and I often play in tournaments.
I don't want anyone whining about the new codex in this thread, there are other places for that.
I didn't want to have wraith guard in this list as they are very slow and i wanted things that moved at least 12" per turn.
So before I put the list up, I have one question, the majority of tournaments restrict armies to a maximum of 2 detachments, formations, CAD, LOW etc.
But it says you can have 2 CAD and within a CAD you can have 1 LOW(wk) so can I have two WK, one for each CAD, and my army is still legal? If it isn't I'll tweak my list.
So enough rambling, here's my list.

CAD 1

Autarch - 100
Faolchu's wing

4x 3 scatter bikes - 81 + 81 + 81 + 81

Hemlock - 185

Wraith Knight - 295
Wraith cannons

CAD 2

Far seer - 115
Bike

4x 3 scatter bikes - 81 + 81 + 81 + 81

Hemlock -185

Wraithknight -295
Wraith Cannons

Total: 1823 points

This leaves me with a few points for upgrades here.
The point is for everything to shoot the crap out of my opponent.
The autarch helps hemlocks come in asap, I gave him the wing because he can star pt in reserve, hopefully not die and he may be able to grab a late game obj.

Any comments are appreciated

Cheers,
Ben

Personally, I would drop a squad of bikes. Use the points for shoulder scatter lasers on both the wraithknights. That way you have the same amount of firepower and can pick different targets. Then use what's left to put a warlock in with one of the bike squads. Ideally the one the farseer will join. That means the unit numbers 5 instead of 4 and 2 casualties are required for a leadership test, and it also provides a battery for the seer. Finally, warlock upgrades are characters in I remember correctly... So he can eat challenges for the seer, as well as providing conceal, or if you're lucky protect.

But perhaps that's personal preference.

You sought to cower behind your walls, weakling? Instead, by the will of Khorne, you shall die behind them

You seem light on aa, double storm ravens will wreak face, i would be tempted to swap a hemlock for a crimson hunter exarch.

I think you will struggle with the physical limitations of so many bikes, invariably they will get in each others way around much needed line of sight blocking cover.. I think you are very unwise to omit d-scythes in a tournament build, if you want them to go fast get the ilyanden codex skill (warlock primaris) that makes them have fleet.. they are the alpha strike unit of the codex, something like 780% better vs vehicles now and 340% better vs everything else
