Hi guys i wanted to ask few questions for equipping my chaos lord
so my questions are
1. Can you put termi lord on a juggernaut?
2. If you can't, which would you prefer for melee oriented lord?
3. For my termi lord I am thinking LC and PF with MoK
While for the jugger lord give him an axe of blind fury and be done with it. What do you guys think? And also who should i bring them with?

What codexes/ suppliments do you have access to?

Csm/crimson slaughter/black legion/ daemonkin all have different builds .

You can't take terminator armour and a juggernaut. The only way to get a 2+ is with the crimson slaughter artifact.

Fist and claw is very good. So is the axe of blind fury. The problem with taking the axe is you lose any defensive options

Black legion and daemonkin have relics that give you eternal warrior, which is very good with 4 wounds. I prefer the 2+ save tho.


Sigil is almost mandatory.

I've never really needed an awful lot of defense with axe, it's that brutal. And if you take the juggernaut, you get extra wounds an toughness, so that helps. But both are viable options. And pretty much the best too.
Everything else is really more for a specialized lord.

And like he said, the sigil is always a must if you have the points. Unless you REALLY need them for something else.

Bikers can be a good escort too. I prefer them because they are more useful on their own than spawn and I often separate them from my lord. For example to grab a distant objective depending on the objectives you draw in maelstrom, while my lord assaults some unit.

Yeah can't even begin to answer with out knowing weather it's csm, daemonkin, slaughters or what cause I mean if I was doing a khorne lord it would prolly be a daemonkin kin one, if I was doing crimson slaughters it would have a bike mark of nurgle and the 2+armour, csm well that is a horse of a different color depends on the army, black legion well I'd want mr.dispoiler.

Well i currently have only a vanilla CSM codex and that is build I wax going for. But i am curious, are the other codexes or supplements worth it? Like are they comparably really strong? Also i am not sure of daemonkin as i want marine base armies without too much daemon guys. Also my army is very khorne based and world eater themed

If you're doing a khorne army, daemonkin is worth getting, even if it's just for the formations.
It does give bezerkers a slight boost, but isn't intended to be a world esters legion list.
