Did those 3 counts-as models are hard plastic? Because they look like Reaper Bones minis, which are PVC. The pics aren't focused on them, though, so it's hard to tell.

they are reaper bones, but they are hard plastic, well hard plastic to me. Not as soft as the usual bones series.
